Manager Role

We are looking for a manager for our local busy bakery cafe.  This is a hands-on management role, which requires a good understanding and experience in hospitality skills.  The role is a full time position requiring 38 hours per week including working on a Saturday until 3pm. Early morning starts also required.

A typical day will require you to run and manage front of house; providing exceptional customer service; organising staff, manage breaks, prepping food, ensuring catering is leaving on time for deliveries. Other duties will include daily reconciliation of cash register, stock and invoice control, recruit, train & motivate staff, ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health, and safety, etc.

We have a local strong customer base and require someone who can foster positive working relationships in the community. 

Applicants for this position must live in Australia & have Australian residency and their own form of transport. Weekend work required. Previous hospitality management experience preferred.
